  WHAT IS COACHING:

COACHING WHAT, WHY, HOW

ADHD coaching can be helpful anytime a person with ADHD would like to better manage a current situation or wants to prepare for an upcoming transition in his or her life.

I can work with you to understand how your ADHD/LD affects your everyday life, as a challenge and as a gift. We may pursue this by:

  • Exploring your strengths, talents, learning styles, interests
  • Identifying and acknowledging your limitations
  • Setting goals to more effectively manage your day-to-day life
  • Developing strategies to reach your goals
SPECIFICALLY ADHD COACHING CAN HELP YOU:
  • Develop and maintain focus, attention and concentration
  • Begin and complete tasks
  • Prioritize
  • Organize materials and space
  • Plan tasks and manage time
  • Articulate your strengths, talents and areas of difficulty
  • Self-advocate
  • Identify troublesome social interactions and make positive changes
By working together, we can identify and implement practical steps to maintain a balanced, satisfying life while navigating the years leading up to adulthood. Along the way, I will be your nonjudging, encouraging, accountability partner as you move step-by-step toward success.
